In the last couple of years, there has been an explosion of Canadian Income Tax preparation software. The best known tax software packages such as TurboTax (formerly QuickTax) and UFile have been available in retail stores across Canada and available to purchase on the web.

The newer payers on the tax software scene only offer their products for purchase via download, although a few will send you a DC if requested (and for an additional fee).
